By accessing or using BackPic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BackPic. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account

• You must sign in using Google Sign-In to use BackPic
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and share it with users you designate.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to compromise the App's security
• Impersonate others or collect user data without consent
• Use the App for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by BackPic and protected by intellectual property laws. "BackPic" and our logo are trademarks.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackPic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Italy.
